1: Introduction to the DRH300 Heat Flow Meter Plate Thermal Conductivity Tester: To meet industrial requirements for high-performance insulation material thermal conductivity measurement systems, our company has launched the new HFM300 series heat flow meter thermal conductivity instruments. This series offers a range of features, setting a new industrial standard for accuracy, speed, ease of operation, and cost-effectiveness. All testing functions, from temperature control to data acquisition and analysis, are automated, resulting in repeatable thermal conductivity tests. With over twenty years of experience in thermal conductivity instrument design, our engineers have developed this advanced testing instrument. When using the DRH300, it quickly stabilizes and responds rapidly to sample characteristics, thanks to precise plate temperature control and dual heat flow sensor configuration. For some materials, thermal resistance values can be accurately obtained within minutes. Depending on measurement requirements, users can stop the test at this point or extend the measurement time. For QC and process control, some samples require less than 5 minutes of testing. Measurements strictly comply with ASTM C518, ISO 8301, GB/T10294, and GB/T10295 standards. The heat flow method is the standard testing method for insulation materials. The heat flow thermal conductivity instrument uses dual heat flow sensors, offering excellent temperature stability and a thermal conductivity range of 0.005 to 0.5 W/(mK). It is applied in building materials, filling materials, powder materials, gypsum board, fiberboard, and rubber fields. The DRH300 is a heat flow meter plate thermal conductivity instrument with a range of 0.005 to 2.7 W/(mK), with similar applications to the heat flow method but featuring a wider temperature range. The protected heat flow thermal conductivity instrument is suitable for measuring medium thermal conductivity solid materials with a range of 0.1 to 10 W/(m*K), offering fast measurement speed and wide sample range, used in plastics, rubber, sealing materials, ceramics, molten metals, and circuit board materials. Technical parameters: Main features: The DRH300 series thermal conductivity instruments are based on the steady-state method and can measure samples sized 30cm x 30cm with thickness ranging from a few millimeters to 10cm. All testing functions are fully automated; plate movement is motor-controlled; measurement setup and operation are very quick; samples are clamped between two heat flow sensors for testing with fixed or adjustable temperature gradients. After a few minutes of temperature and gradient stabilization, the embedded controller or external computer measures the sample's thermal conductivity and thermal resistance. Automatic plate movement and sample thickness measurement simplify test preparation. All test parameters and calibration data can be stored in the computer, suitable for industrial applications with good cost performance.
