Company Profile
Hunan Zhenhua Analysis Instrument Co., Ltd. is a high-tech manufacturer and trading company specializing in advanced material testing equipment. Since our founding in 2009, we have focused on the design, production, and customization of instruments such as thermal conductivity testers, thermal expansion testers, ceramic tile bending testers, and a wide range of precision analysis devices.
We operate out of a modern facility spanning over 2,000 square meters in the Zoina Hi-Tech Xiangtan Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park, equipped with three specialized workshops:
Machining Center
Sheet Metal Fabrication
System Assembly
Our facility houses over 20 sets of machining equipment and 15 specialized testing instruments, supporting an annual production capacity of 1,000 units. In parallel, we maintain a smaller satellite plant (1,218 m²) focused on flexible production and international export logistics.
We employ 50 staff members, with 60% comprising engineers and technical professionals, and a dedicated R&D team of 3 engineers continuously innovating to meet evolving industrial needs. Our quality assurance process includes 100% functional and visual inspection, with full traceability of raw materials and standardized inspection procedures.
Zhenhua offers both OEM and ODM services, with customization options ranging from design modification to full end-to-end product development. All products are CE certified, and we support clients with professional technical service, including installation, training, and ongoing support.
With over 14 years of export experience, we serve markets across South America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and domestic China. We work with 10 verified supply chain partners, operate 3 production lines, and uphold a typical lead time of 15 working days, even during peak seasons.
