The High-Temperature Viscometer uses the rotational cylinder method combined with advanced sensing technology, intelligent data acquisition units, and computer technology to achieve fully automated testing processes. It primarily measures the viscosity of molten materials and displays the temperature-viscosity dynamic curve online.

The NDJ-II-14/16 High-Temperature Viscometer is based on the rotational cylinder testing principle and utilizes advanced sensing technology, intelligent data acquisition units, and computer technology to realize fully automated testing processes. Test data are automatically collected and processed by the computer, with real-time display of the temperature-viscosity dynamic curve. The main testing item of the instrument is the viscosity of molten materials. I. The instrument mainly consists of: 1: Rotational viscometer 2: Molten sample 3: Molybdenum rod testing head 4: Graphite crucible (or sintered corundum crucible) 5: Suspension wire (T8MNA: 0.1-0.2MM) 6: Temperature measuring thermocouple (platinum-rhodium material) 8: Heating electric furnace 9: Intelligent temperature control device 10: Computer and data processing software This instrument features high-temperature and normal temperature measurement functions, constant temperature testing of fixed-point viscosity, cooling measurement of viscosity curves, and can measure molten (solution) viscosity. The viscosity testing complies with the national standard (suspension wire method) YB/T 185—2001 and other related national and international standards. II. Main technical specifications of the High-Temperature Viscometer: 1: Maximum temperature: options of 1400℃ or 1600℃; 2: Temperature control (constant temperature) and measurement accuracy: ±0.5℃; 3: Maximum heating power: less than 12kw; 4: Viscosity testing range: 0~12Pa·S; 5: Viscosity head rotation speed: 12 rpm; 6: Probe position control accuracy: less than ±0.5mm; 7: Viscosity testing accuracy: meets YB/T 185—2001 standard and related national and international standards such as ASTM D 4683-1991. Standard liquids (for calibration) meet GBW13605---13608. III. Main configurations:
