The Carbon Fiber Insulation Felt Thermal Conductivity Tester primarily measures the thermal conductivity of carbon-containing refractory materials, refractory ceramic fiber products, composite materials, insulation bricks and boards, and carbon felts with low thermal conductivity. It uses the heat flow meter method, complies with GB/T10295 and related national standards, and offers high-precision testing with both automated and manual operation modes.
Product Description
The DRX-II-SPB Carbon Fiber Insulation Felt Thermal Conductivity Tester mainly tests the thermal conductivity of carbon-containing refractory materials, carbon fiber insulation felts, composite materials, and insulation materials with low thermal conductivity. The instrument is based on the principle of the heat flow meter method, complies with GB/T10295 and other relevant national standards, and has been improved accordingly. Testing is automatically completed by computer with digital display of each state point. Manual testing is also possible, meeting the high-precision testing requirements of material testing and research departments. The instrument references standards GB/T 17911.8-2002 "Refractory Ceramic Fiber Products" and YB/T 4130-2005 "Refractory Materials". Main technical parameters:

- Sample size: φ119×(30-50) mm.
- Thermal conductivity test range: 0.001 to 5 W/m·K.
- Accuracy: ≤3%, Repeatability: ≤3%.

- Heating method: 1800-type tungsten molybdenum rod heating (molybdenum rod is a consumable).
- The test chamber can be filled with gas atmosphere or vacuumed.
