Product Description
The DF1004 Floor Drain Water Seal Stability Test Device is designed according to the national standard GB/T 27710-2011 "Floor Drain" and is mainly used for testing the stability of the water seal in floor drains. This machine uses an electric vacuum pump and resistance gauge, equipped with digital vacuum display, vacuum setting, and holding functions. Water Seal Stability Test: Install the floor drain to be tested on the test station, then inject an appropriate amount of water into the floor drain to reach the water seal height. Press the test button on the device panel to start the test. When the pressure holding time is reached, open the pressure relief and exhaust valve to release the vacuum, then measure the remaining water seal depth to complete the test. Installation and Adjustment: 4.1 Remove the device from the packaging and check for any collision or damage during transportation; 4.2 Place the device on a sturdy platform or cement table, ensuring the foot pads are level; 4.3 The power supply system is AC 220VAC ±10% / 50Hz. Working Environment Conditions: 5.1 Within the ambient temperature range of 10°C to 35°C, relative humidity not exceeding 80%; 5.2 Correctly installed on a stable foundation or workbench with a levelness of 0.2/1000; 5.3 In an environment free of vibration, corrosive media, and strong electromagnetic interference; 5.4 The power voltage fluctuation range should not exceed ±10% of the rated voltage.
