The DRH-300 Intelligent Double-Plate Thermal Conductivity Tester ASTM C177 is designed to measure the thermal conductivity of solid materials such as building insulation, thermal insulation materials, glass, fibers, and foams. Product Description

The DRH-300 Intelligent Double-Plate Thermal Conductivity Tester ASTM C177 mainly tests the thermal conductivity of building insulation materials, thermal insulation materials, glass, fibers, foams, and other solid materials. Tested materials include fiberboard, loose-filled glass fiber, ceramic fiber, foam plastics such as XPS/EPS/PUR, laminated composite boards, vacuum panels, rubber products, cement products, powder materials, filler materials, gypsum boards, etc. It features triple temperature protection to reduce environmental thermal interference, automatic parallel adjustment between the specimen and hot/cold plates, minimal parallel error on both sides of the specimen, electronic refrigeration technology and water medium or other refrigerants for the cold side selectable by users, precise and stable temperature control technology, computer interface, real-time software monitoring and control, data processing and storage, and meets national standards for thermal conductivity measurement requirements. Applicable standards include GB/T 10295 Heat Flow Meter Method, GB/T3139-2005 (Test Method for Thermal Conductivity of Fiber Reinforced Plastics) (Test Method for Thermal Conductivity of Fiberglass Reinforced Plastics), ISO 8301, ASTM C 177, and others. It is used in material performance testing institutions, scientific research organizations, factory quality control departments, and higher education teaching and research.   6. Thickness measurement device installed at the center of the cold plate can measure specimen thickness under actual test temperature and set pressure.
  7. Temperature control method: constant current source DC voltage regulation, computer-adjusted PID (proportional, integral, derivative) control; multi-point average temperature analysis.
  8. Control system: computer automatic control; output signals converted by I/O and D/A to control corresponding actuators, achieving temperature control, calculation, temperature acquisition, test report printing, process curve display, and other functions. Human-machine interface displays temperature values on each surface and has self-diagnosis function; touch screen integrated control is available.
