Instrument Introduction: The PZY-III-1000 Glass Expansion Coefficient Tester is used for precise measurement of the thermal expansion coefficient of glass materials. It features full automation, ease of operation, data printing output, experimental data archiving, and easy retrieval. PZY-III-1000 Technical Parameters:
- Maximum furnace temperature: room temperature to 1000℃;
- Heating rate: adjustable from 0.1 to 20 K/min, with conventional rate control below 5 K/min; special requirements can be customized. The experimental process control parameters include PID parameters and online communication methods. The intelligent instrument allows full process adjustment, setting, and locking as needed. The upper computer (computer) enables interface parameter modification;
- Expansion measurement range and error: 5000 μm, ±0.1%;
- Temperature control accuracy: ±1℃, temperature recording error ≤ ±0.5%;
- Vertical type, single or double push rods optional; displacement sensor resolution: ≤1/10000 mm;
- Sample size: length 50 mm (max), diameter 10~20 mm (max); special customization available.
- Sample state: solid, powder (with testing mold).
- Sample holder: quartz. PZY-III-1000 Main Configuration:
