This refractoriness test furnace is a cyclic box-type high-temperature furnace using molybdenum rods as heating elements, designed for refractory material laboratories, industrial and mining enterprises, and research institutions to test the refractory temperature of high-temperature materials. It can measure, indicate, and control the electric furnace temperature and is used to determine the refractoriness of refractory materials within the range of 1580 to 1800℃.

The NHD-II-17 refractoriness test furnace is a cyclic box-type high-temperature furnace using molybdenum rods as heating elements, designed for refractory material laboratories, industrial and mining enterprises, and research institutions to test the refractory temperature of high-temperature materials. It can measure, indicate, and control the electric furnace temperature and is used to determine the refractoriness of refractory materials within the range of 1580 to 1800℃.   1. Rated temperatures: 1650, 1700℃, and 1800℃ options available.
  2. Sample holder made of electrode-grade graphite material with temperature resistance above 1800℃, also available in corundum material.
  3. Sample shape is triangular prism, width 10–20 mm.
  4. Cone disk rotation speed (r/min): 3-5 revolutions per minute.
  5. Test method refers to national standard: GB/T7322-1997 "Refractory Materials - Refractoriness Test Method".
  6. Observation hole can be set.
  7. Rated voltage: 380V two-phase with neutral line power supply. Rated power: 6KW.
  8. Temperature measurement using standard cone.
