Product Description

The Guarded Hot Plate Thermal Conductivity Tester mainly tests the thermal conductivity of plastics, glass, fibers, foams, and other materials. The instrument references standards including GB/T3392-82 "Test Method for Thermal Conductivity of Plastics, Guarded Hot Plate Method", GB/T3139-2005 (Test Method for Thermal Conductivity of Fiber Reinforced Plastics) (Test Method for Thermal Conductivity of Fiberglass Reinforced Plastics), GB/T10801.1 and GB/T10801.2 (Polystyrene Foam for Insulation), among others. It also refers to GB/T10295-1988 "Determination of Steady-state Thermal Resistance and Related Properties of Thermal Insulation Materials - Heat Flow Meter Method", ISO/DIS8301 "Thermal Insulation - Steady-state Thermal Resistance and Related Properties - Heat Flow Meter Apparatus", ASTM C518-2004, and EN12667. The device is applicable for material performance testing agencies, scientific research institutions, factory quality inspection departments, and higher education teaching and research.
