Principle Explanation: The testing principle is manufactured according to the requirements of the standard GB/T 8931-2007. Among them, testing method 3: Rotating sample ventilation method. This device is a vertical high-temperature atmosphere electric furnace, mainly consisting of a furnace shell, heating module, crucible, operation and control system, and some matching auxiliary components. The temperature control system uses an advanced high-precision digital intelligent temperature controller + continuous non-intermittent silicon-controlled rectifier voltage regulator, which can set the process curve according to user requirements, store multiple temperature process curves, multiple sets of PID parameters, and has a PID self-tuning function, effectively preventing temperature overshoot and continuously automatically controlling heating power. 2.
